Following the merger of Elements Diocesan Learning Trust and the Diocese of Worcester Multi Academy Trust on 1 September 2026, a programme of policy harmonisation is underway across the Trust. As a result, during this transition period, you may see policies with different Trust names, logos and branding.

All policies currently published on this website remain valid and in operation unless otherwise stated. Policies that were in use within the former Elements Diocesan Learning Trust have been retained where they continue to apply and will be reviewed and updated as part of the harmonisation process.

HR Policies

DoWMAT policies, procedures and guidance relating to HR matters are provided by Worcestershire County Council HR and were adopted by the DoWMAT Board on 7 October 2022. The Board reviews and agrees these arrangements on an annual basis, and they apply to all schools within DoWMAT. These policies should be read in conjunction with the DoWMAT Scheme of Delegation.

School staff wishing to access the full suite of HR policies should enquire at their school office.
