Full time and Permanent - to work alongside the Central School Improvement Team – to be assigned to a DoWMAT academy, where needed (Initially at the Pinvin Federation)

The DoWMAT Board of Directors are looking for an inspirational leader who will play a key role in ensuring all pupils achieve outstanding outcomes, working as part of the Central Trust Academy Improvement Team, and assigned to a specific DoWMAT academy, according to need. If you are passionate about teaching and learning, work well as a team and have the spark and enthusiasm needed to ensure our pupils achieve then we want to hear from you!
The successful candidate will have proven success at delivering excellent teaching and learning, be able to advise and support colleagues, and be skilled in motivating children. He or she will have an innovative and inspirational approach, along with a clear commitment to inclusive education in the community.
