Our Vision

On 1 September 2026, Elements Diocesan Learning Trust and the Diocese of Worcester Multi Academy Trust came together as one organisation. Today, we are Elements Diocesan Learning Trust (formerly known as the Diocese of Worcester Multi Academy Trust), united by a shared commitment to excellence, inclusion and Christian service.

We believe every child, every colleague and every school should be supported to flourish academically, spiritually and personally. Rooted in Christian values, we work together to provide exceptional education, nurture wellbeing and create opportunities that enable all to live life in all its fullness (John 10:10).
