Welcome to Elements Diocesan Learning Trust. (formerly known as the Diocese of Worcester Multi Academy Trust)

I am delighted to welcome you to our website at a significant and exciting moment in our journey. On 1 September 2026, the Diocese of Worcester Multi Academy Trust and the Elements Diocesan Learning Trust came together as one organisation. Our new Trust, named the Elements Diocesan Learning Trust, brings together a shared commitment to providing the very best opportunities for the children, young people and communities we serve.

Our vision is to enable everyone to flourish together in the love of God. Guided by our values of Love, Learning and Service, and lived out through Collaboration, Honesty and Hope, we strive to create schools where every child is known, valued and inspired to achieve their full potential.

While each of our schools retains its unique identity and place within its community, we are stronger together. By sharing expertise, supporting one another and working with a common purpose, we can make an even greater difference to the lives of children across our Trust.

As we begin this new chapter, we look forward with confidence, ambition and hope. Together, we are building a Trust where every child, every colleague and every school can flourish.
